Characteristics :

This machine is applied to manufacturing and printing the uncolored vest bags made of HDPE, LDPE roll film. The sealing and cutting part adopts Micro-computer control, double stepping motors(Yaskawa or Panasonic servo motor for choice) fixed length and the liquid crystal touch screen actual display to finish the feeding, sealing, cutting, punching holes and transporting only in one process.
Two lines to be sealed, cutted and conveyor at the same time.(Equipped with two unwinding stations)
Auto alarms with automatic stop design. Automatic temperature control. Equipped with double photo cell device for printed bag production. Equip the counter to show the ready made bags and batches.
The main motor is controlled by inverter.
Equipped with automatic tension control
Equipped with automatic handle-puncher and conveyor
