Brief Introduction:
This machine is new researched and designed for full Auto. tension controlling on unwinding and rewinding stations, the quality is approved by customers. it owns the advantages of easy operation, save space, multifuncional for choice(straight knives and round disc knives). it is hot sale type machine.
also the Horizontal Type Slitting and Rewinding Machine is our main product.
Features:
1) Used for cutting such rolled materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, aluminum foil and paper
2) This machine is a vertical type; it is efficient and can save space.
3) Independent general control desk is fixed to ensure flexible and convenient operation
4) The whole machine controlled by PLC and touch screen, PLC is Siemens, and touch screen is made in Taiwan, WEINVIEW brand for controlling the whole machine and tension. The tension controlling on unwinding and rewinding are full automatic controlling, by use hall switch sensor and magnetic powder and controlled by PLC.
5)The unwinding unit adopts automatic position line (edge) controller(EPC), the photocell can trace transparent materials and color line.
6)The unwinding unit adopts one piece 5kg magnetic powder brake to control the tension.
The rewinding unit adopts two pieces 5kg magnetic powder clutch to control the tension
7) Wind blow system or rewinding system for waste edge is fixed
8) Automatic meter counter
9) Air shaft for unwinding and rewinding roller.
10) Pressure rollers and three stations (unwinding and two rewinding stations)
