Performance and Features:
1-The machine is used for printing BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, NY and the paper and so on material, has the fine film reel of printing performance, the material has multicolor prints continuously.
2-Shaft less printing cylinder loading device,printing cylinder is fixed by shaft-less air chuck.
3-Main motor equipped with inverter(Panasonic) for speed regulation.
4-Every control module of the automatic color register system is equipped with microprocessor and can correct the deviation of color register quickly and accurately.
5-Unwinding tension automatic tension controller and magnetic powder brake.
6-Unwinding, rewinding, traction tension adopt variable frequency motor, high-end closed loop controlling.
7-Double station automatically overturn, full auto. Changing material with non-stop machine.
8- Pneumatic impressing system and pneumatic doctor blade system, doctor blade adopts imported high quality.
9- Diaphragm-type pneumatic ink auto circulating system.
10- Air-shaft for unwinding/rewinding material loading.
11- Printing linear speed and meter counting display
12- Full automatic computer registering devices and computer still examining graphics.
