Features:

3) Independent general control desk is fixed to ensure flexible and convenient operation
4) The whole machine controlled by PLC and touch screen, The tension controlling on unwinding and rewinding are full automatic controlling, by use hall switch sensor and magnetic powder and controlled by PLC.
5)The unwinding unit adopts automatic position line (edge) controller(EPC), the photocell can trace transparent materials and color line.
6)The unwinding unit adopts one piece magnetic powder brake to control the tension.
The rewinding unit adopts two pieces magnetic powder clutch to control the tension
6) Wind blow system or rewinding system for waste edge is fixed
7) Automatic meter counter
8) 3’’ Air shaft for unwinding and rewinding roller. One pieces on unwinding and two pcs on rewinding.
