Usage:
This Automatic Polythene Round Bottom Arch Bottom Seal Chicken Bag Making Machine is designed to make flat mouth bag with round bottom or arch bottom seal.
The raw material: ready PE film in roll or OPP/BOPP/PP film in roll.
Main Features:
1. Single station unwinder with EPC system. (Automatic material lifting as option)
2. Soft sheets or dancing rollers plus photocells to control the back film feeding speed
3. Stepping motor or servo motor for controlling the film pulling.
4. AC inverter control motor to drive the sealing bars and cutting blades
5. Arch shape sealing knife with mechanical arm to remove the wasted film. High efficient and regular round edge without rough selvedge.
7. The inline triangle folding device is a optional device, when the unwinding film is sheet film, so the folding device is necessary.
8. Auto conveyor device for conveying the finished bags in stack.
