Usage:
This machine is used for producing two times folding garbage bags, bottom sealing, flat bags fold two times and rewinding into small rolls. For example, 1000mm width flat bags, after sealing and perforation, then fold two times, it will become to 250mm width and then rewind.
Main Characters:
1. The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor to save more electricity and regulate speed more freely.
2. Pneumatic cylinder for material loading, unwinding station adopts motor boosting servo motor control/ motor controlling auxiliary propulsion plant.
3. Independent unwinding station plus material storage frame for excellent tension controlling.
4.The color code tracker with good performance makes the sealing and cutting length more accurately and the error smaller.
5.It adopts advanced computer to adjust length more freely and accurately. Servo motor for material feeding.
6. Double shaft rotation type rewinding device, automatic roll change without machine stopping.
