This machine is suitable for non woven fabric material only, it is the most advanced equipment and has the function of full automatic handle loop sealing. The speed is about 20-60pcs/min, it equals to 5 workers operating 5 handle sealing machine. It can fully automatic make non-woven bag products with different bag type and size, as handle attached bags, T-shirt bags(vest bags), box bags, flat bags, drawstring bags and so on. It has widely used in clothing, footwear, wine, gifts packaging etc. The machine can instead of the traditional hand-sewing and reducing labor and manufacturing costs. It’s very popular in worldwide.
Characteristics:
This machine is our latest design, it can make non-woven T-shirt bag automatically. It’s also available to make Non-woven “D” cutting flat bags, Shoes bags, strip through bags, gift bags, banana bags etc.
It takes non-woven fabric rollers as raw material, pass the process of mouth part folding back, triangle folding, two sides gusseting, crossing sealing, cold cutting, inline handle punching. So the T-shirt bags could be formed full automatically.
The whole machine adopt the PLC touch screen controlling, stepping motor(Servo Motor for option) for controlling bag length, photocell for tracking printing color, computer automatic position. It’s a ideal and stable equipment for making kinds of non-woven bags.
