Usage:
BNDC 660 Series Automatic Cam Cup Making Machine is widely used to produce disposable water drinking cups, ice cream cups, disposable cup/bowl for yoghurt, lids, dishes, plates, food containers and etc by PP/PS/PET/PVC/PLA thermoplast sheet rolls.
Features:
1. This machine works full automatically from sheet roll feeding, heating, molding, blowing formed products outside, waste scrap winding. It saves labor cost and increases manufacturer’s profit.
2. This machine adopts auto sheet roll unwinder, pin chain sheet feeding controlled by gear motor with inverter, 4 pillar mold guiding, cam drive of bottom mold movement, stretching of plug inside upper mould is controlled by air cylinder and PLC control with touch panel operation.
3. Special designed Cam and rolling wheel system is more durable and stable.
4. The cutting blade of mold adopts high quality alloy steel Cr12Mov(Chrome molybdenum vanadium), designed with good cooling efficiency and long time working.
