Characteristics:
This machine is microcomputer control bag making machine, it is bottom and center sealing for making high strength packing bags. With computer control. frequency conversion speed regulation. Photocell tracking, automatic temperature controlling, automatic counting and stop, this machine can do bottom sealing and cutting for flexible packaging laminated film pouch bags as well as PE film bags.
1. Unwinder roller for material roll adopts magnetic tension control, for smoothly unwinding.
2. With EPC system for web position guiding, ensure correct position sealing and cutting.
3. Adopts rocker arms to control feeding, to flatten material surface, avoid film stretching on making.
4. Center sealing adopts copper bar sealer design. And with glue sealing for option.
5. Bottom sealing adopts aluminum sealing bars, with three bars, high thermal conductivity, fast and strong sealing.
6. Photocell to track the printing in film.
7. Cutting knife is straight cutting line, it is replaceable with Sawtooth cutting knife.
8. Receiver part with Static electricity treating device, to stabilize the bag in stack.
9. Adopts touch screen microcomputer system, can show the bag quantity, speed, batch, etc, full automatic control.
10. Temperature controllers are automatic PID double digital display controller.
11. Frequency inverter control, bag making speed adjustable.
12. Bag making control motor adopts step motor, high precision bag length control. (servo motor for option too)
