1. Oleamide
It could decrease the inside friction and friction between plastic film and equipment, easily get down from mold, capacity increase, improve the glossiness degree of products, in actual production, it’s needed to mix with raw materials granules together to ensure unified slipping efforts.
Mainly used as Slipping agent and anti sticking agent of CPP,BOPP,LDPE,LLDPE,EVA,PVC,PVDF,PVDC,PU and MLLDPE etc plastic film materials, could dramatically decrease the dynamic and static friction coefficients of plastic products (plastic film or plastic sheets products), generally, compare to Oleamide, the friction coefficients of Erucyl Amide is lower and the heat stability feature is better.
3. SiO2
Main application;
(1) Ensure good optical performance of plastic film.
(2) Owns quite high specific surface area, high blocking resistance, very suitable as anti blocking agent for plastic film materials.
(3) Good dispersiveness, could be dispersed evenly in resin, made into 10-25% anti-adhesion granules, could used for PE, PP etc plastic film products.
