Non-woven fabric printing is better to use flexo printing or rotogravure printing?

Strictly speaking, flexographic printing and rotogravure printing machine can both print non-woven fabric, but in actual, mostly is the screen printing.

Another three kinds of printing methods are as follows:

1.Water based ink printing.
Because the use of water-based mortar bomb named as print media, more common in textile printing, also known as printing. When printing the paste and water-based elastomeric rubber reconcile. 2. Rotogravure Printing

Further product has excellent water resistance, durability of the finished product than other processes of production of non-woven bags good. Have light and matt film two options, with frosted matte effect.  Drawback is there is a conflict with the concept of environmental protection, because the film is difficult to degrade.

3. Heat transfer printing.

Thermal transfer printing belong to special printing! This method requires an intermediate medium, that is, first by printing to thermal transfer or thermal transfer paper, film, and then heating the pattern is transferred to the device through a transfer nonwoven fabric. Commonly used in textile printing medium is a thermal transfer film. Its advantages are: the fine print, there are rich level version, comparable to photographs. Suitable for color image printing small area. The disadvantage is the high price, high printing costs.
